01 / HOW WE SOLVE PROBLEMS

First understand.
Then improve.

We study a process from the inside: how it works, its context and the connections within it. We observe people's behaviour, machine operation and signals that are easy to miss. When needed, this takes years of research.

An unexpected connection leads to a hypothesis. Testing it helps us design a solution that addresses the root cause.

  1. 01

    Understand what happens

We study how a process works day to day, when the problem occurs and what keeps it going.

  2. 02

    Find the connections

We bring together data and indirect measurements. Patterns, correlations and anomalies help us identify the mechanism behind the problem.

  3. 03

    Test the cause

We build models and test hypotheses against the real process. We investigate where a change could make a difference.

  4. 04

    Build the solution

We turn what we learn into a method or technology, designed to work effectively and efficiently in everyday use.

02 / OUR FOCUS TODAY

We work where people's behaviour, machine operation and the way work is organised affect each other. We look for the causes of problems and identify where a well-designed change could improve the whole system.

LEANSHAMAN / THE ENGINE BEHIND THE METHOD

Intrinsic motivation.
Visible in action.

LeanShaman is an engine for intrinsic motivation and a tool for measuring behaviour and activity within an organisation. It helps people build the desire to act and improve: notice a problem, take the initiative, learn from the experience and do better next time.

We combine psychology, the Fogg Behavior Model and technology to understand what prompts employees to take the initiative and helps it become a habit. We focus on the drivers of motivation: having influence, finding meaning in everyday actions and working in conditions that encourage participation.

FROM DAILY OBSERVATION TO A METHOD

Six years of daily research in a factory in North Macedonia helped identify what strengthens motivation and what weakens it. Dariusz Dziuba's experience of working across countries and cultures also informed the work. The result is a method grounded in the realities of people, production shifts and leadership decisions.

Bringing psychology into
everyday factory life.

ZX-Agent is a comprehensive tool for organisations. It brings the LeanShaman approach into the daily work of HR teams and team leaders. It combines psychology, behavioural models, measurement and technology to make employee development part of everyday organisational life.

  1. 01

    Identify why motivation drops

Connect signs of declining initiative with working conditions and explore why an employee is becoming less involved.

  2. 02

    Strengthen intrinsic motivation

Help people see their influence, find meaning in their work and feel ready to take the initiative.

  3. 03

    Support employee development

Make reflection, learning and personal improvement part of everyday work, while observing changes in engagement.

ZX-Agent uses LeanShaman Engine. Short coaching prompts tailored to the situation, a workflow for employee initiatives and risk analysis support daily work across the organisation. The system fits into brief moments throughout the factory day.

Daily activity measurements provide an indirect picture of morale. A heatmap shows behaviour over time: each row represents an employee, and each cell represents a week.

HR teams and leaders can spot changes in employee initiative and signs of declining engagement. This provides a starting point for understanding what strengthens motivation in the workplace and what weakens it.

BIOMECHANICS / MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

Foot movement as a sign

We analyse athletes' foot movement in depth, looking for connections between movement measurements and changes in movement patterns. The research aims to identify signs of increasing injury risk and develop methods to predict it.

INDUSTRY / PROCESS ANALYSIS

We analyse correlations between the network traffic controlling industrial machines and the production process. We look for patterns and anomalies that may signal a process change or a developing fault. Communication between devices becomes an indirect source of insight into how they operate.
